78 BB blazer in Idaho

This is posted on CL. I normally don't look for these to post but this is my neighbors. The odometer says 49000 probably 149000. It has been garaged since he moved next door in 1990. He starts it about every other month and uses it for a couple of weeks during the winter for hunting. He has it parked on the street because its for sale. Daughter was bragging about the newly covered front seats. back are rough original Only visible rust is on the driver rear wheel well at the back bottom. Engine sounds like it has a cam, I always thought it was a 350 but turn out to be a 454. It has the original paint and faded painted graphics, not decals. Interior is rough but there, I assume all the gauges work or he wouldn't be taking it out in the boonies to hunt. If I had the money I would buy it and flip it.
