72 2wd frame with junk body

Factory 2wd Blazer with no title, no interior, no top, no engine, no tranny. I'm selling the frame and the buyer takes the body. $800 I will sell parts off of what is there with the exception of the frame until someone buys the frame. let me know what you are interested in. I will cut patches. Windshield frame is good in some areas. 72BlckButy is first in line on the frame.

How nice is the fender in the floor of the blazer tub?
Can you post some better pics of it?

here you go on the fender, guessing its a 67-68 fender. I'll take $20 picked up. I understood what you meant, I just wanted to state that the doors weren't for sale before someone asked about them. sorry for confusion.

there is a little surface rust on the fender and the front lower has a dent in it, not to bad. It looks as if the front of the fender next to the grill has some bondo in it from it being pushed in a little bit. someone tried to recreate the shape, pictures won't show it but and see where holes were drilled to pull it out and bondo pushed through holes on back.

Ridnhi... were you able to pull any additional pics of the frame?

Thanks!

If you make the deal with Nate on the frame,... I'll take the fender for $20.

Re: 72 2wd frame with junk body

Ridnhi.... it was good talking with you earlier.

I will call you once you have time to acquire the pictures as discussed. Also, if you could... could you get a shot of the frame body mounts?

Thanks again!
Nate

Also... I just saw the 2x4 between the frame and the body; is this replacing a failed bushing?

Re: 72 2wd frame with junk body

It was brought to my attention that this may be a 71 frame. I'm not sure of the differences between the 71 and 72. It doesn't have a title and was told it was a 72. The frame is not cut off. Maybe someone could educate me.

The 72 blazer "rear frame rails" had the inner bumper mount, built into the frame rails.
The 69-71 blazer frames used a "bolt-on" inner bracket like the truck frames.

This is a '72 frame.
See the way the rear frame rails have tabs for the inner bumper bolts?

her battery trap is in good shape and so is the rad. support. the two inner fenders are not rusted out but they are bent in a couple of places.

Looks like it was a 6-cylinder blazer also.
