Question about cam swap in L33

I'm wanting to do a cam swap on an engine that I'm putting into my 71
I'm looking at a thumpr cam from comp. I am looking at the most mild one, p/n -54-600-11.
Does anyone know if you have to change a bunch of other parts with the cam? pushrods and springs?

For best results with a cam change is to change the Cam and Springs and lots of guys go ahead and upgrade the PRs. We have used stock PRs with mild cams like this, its a $140 part.
Depending on how you feel, we reuse the timing chain too, I am doing a unknown mileage 6.0 and replaced the chain but it really didnt look like it needed it.
We do these types of cams in 4x4 Jeeps and beat the POOP out of them on the rocks/mud.

The only other thing you must do is replace the Crank pulley bolt, its a TTY and we have used new GM bolts or ARP replacement.

You will need the PCM tuned.
