powr-lok disc
I am installing powr-loc's in both my Dana 60 front axle and my Dana 70HD rear axle. My question is there are a 3 and a 5 disc setup. The 3 disc setup is reccomended according to spicer in the front axle. So I guess the 5 disc is reccomended for the rear axle? What if I were to runn a 3 in the rear? I will be driving this on the street. Would I wear my tires out sooner. It would be less tire spin. Does any one have any experience with these 2 setups?

Re: powr-lok disc
I have ~ I think I ran all that it came with for max lock/less slipping...I don't think your tire's will be affected eaither way. This is a good tight posi. I guess with less clutches or spacers when you turn a corner the posi will slip eaisier and your tires won't chirp like a locked rear does..
