Remove the lock (arrow) by pulling it straight up. Press the release (A).

I appreciate the info very much. I went and looked at another harness I have that was already removed... For whatever reason, I moved the lock and pressed the tab and it didnt want to release. So instead of using force I figured asking was a better route. After I looked at the ones already loose, I could see what part was supposed to come out.
