Re: Power Steering (help please)
I doubt your steering box has anything to do with your future AC install??
Why do you thing it matters?

Re: Power Steering (help please)
Looks like he's speaking of the PUMP.
Get one with pulley you need for a/c later from pick and pull or a yard. I just looked at Rockauto they have rebuilt pumps for 50-70ish but no pulley! Suppose it depends on what kinda a/c you will ad too. Good luck. |

Re: Power Steering (help please)
most pump manufactures dont support a pulley purchase.
go to the junkyard and find the same pulley. make sure they have the same radius.. some trucks had different size pulleys. get a two Vgroove pulley should not cost you more then five bucks. good luck

Re: Power Steering (help please)
Well i was askin around and they keep asking me if i had AC or not.. it threw me off because i couldnt think of why it mattered.. altho i did purchase a pump and it went on relative easily except i had to bend the metal hose coming out the back just to make it fit right.. pain in the ass! haha
