NV3500 in a 65 question.
Thinking of doing the swap but, has anyone do the swap i could ask questions? Like useing the s10 model or full size truck model and drive shaft length and mods and such. Thanks and Happy Turkey Day every one!

The S10's did not come with the NV3500's just the T5's. The NV3500's were in the '88 and up full sized trucks.
I've not done the swap, but you will have to convert your truck to a hydraulic actuated mclutch. As for the drive shaft length, that is something that you will need to measure once you have the engine and trans in place. Then you will need to either have a longer one shortened, or a complete new one built. Having one shortened is much less money.

give some details on install difficulty, shifter location, best year to get, etc. wanting to do the same thing. thanks, clem |

havnt done the swap yet but im in the works on a trade for the trans.
