Any east coast vender's for sheet metal?

Are there any vender's on the east coast that carry inner fender-wells for our trucks? All i have found so far are west coast and the shipping is killing me, thanks!

Top Banana is also east coast. They do a lot of swap meets. You might be able to check their calendar and hit one to save shipping altogether.

Im gonna have to re-think this i think, AMD is overly expensive, the actual cheapest i have found one shipped to me is from brothers on the west coast (odd right?) Gonna call top banana after work, i just can stand to pay more for shipping then i am paying for the part...

9 times out of ten , you get what you pay for with sheet metal..
not always.. but a little money on a better fitting piece is way cheaper than the body guys labor rate to fix it by the hour..

In my opinion shipping costs are out of control for large items, paying as much to have a part shipped as the part costs is not a good thing. Shipping costs at some point will stall my build on the '67. We are constantly on the look out for trucks to use parts off of for our builds.

The body guy is free, and its not the price of the part that is the issue, even though AMD's part is 40 bucks over everyone else, they charge 150 bucks to ship it 6 hours to me, Brothers only charges 93 dollars to ship it to me from California (Im in Florida...)

I agree 100%, when a company charges 150 bucks to ship something 6 hours, and another company charges 93 bucks to ship the same item 3000 miles, its painfully obvious that someone is gauging and trying to make a profit on shipping.

Re: Any east coast vender's for sheet metal?

shipping inner fenders are expensive any where you buy them from.
I agree they probably were drop shipped but at the 83.00 thats a good price.
they either go truck freight or sometimes ups ground but its always expensive to ship them. if they go truck freight it does not lower the price just because its closer. Top Banana will probably be your best bet. if quality is not a big concerned you can always get them from certifit. they are like 24.00 each and you can pick them up if you have one close by
