will the weight of a 454 drop front end more?

Will the added weight of a 454/th400 combo cause the front end to sag more? I need to order some new drop springs and want to make sure I don't. Go too low. Thanks

I know that a big block calls for a coil different spring when ordering. Probably is a bit thicker/more heavy duty. If I'm not mistaken, a b.b. is 750 lbs approx. 250 lbs heavier than a s.b.

My friends half ton lowered about half to an inch with the stock springs. What you should be more concerned about is if you don't have a sway bar. A big block makes the sway a lot worse

Just get one of your friends who is on the heavier side to step on the front bumper. Should give you an idea. LOL 2 smaller guys would work as well.
