Sup all,
I'm having trouble gettin my 72 going. We have the 04 Lq4 motor 4L80 trans.

Now I can turn it on but it doesn't do anything when I hit the gas??? It gives me the U0107 code when I scan it. I've researched it on previous post with similar issues and followed everyone's advice.

All grounds are good, pedal and tac module are from the donor truck, harness and computer were flashed and altered by John at Speartech. Im thinking I have a bad throttle body, but I'm not sure. If anyone has any input on this issue it would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance!!

'04......you have this setup as DBW or cable operated?

Sorry it's a dbw. We checked the throttle body and it works fine. Im wanting to check the pins in the harness, does anyone have the schematics??

Well the way we checked the throttle body was by connecting 12 volts directly to it to see if it opens and closes. Does anyone know the correct way to trouble shoot the dbw throttle body including the throttle positioning sensor??

Your PCM cannot communicate with the TAC module or is losing communication.

Ive ran across the code several times, Its always been wiring problems, Mostly the ground for the TAC module, Not a loose connection but a broken wire near the ground connection on the back of the block.

Test for 12 volts on the Pink wire at the TAC module.
Test for ground on the Black wire at the TAC module.

SPECIAL THANKS!!!!!!!! TO CLINEBARGER, YOUR THE MAN!!!!
We tested pink for 12v and we were good. Next we tested solid black for ground and found it we did not have continuity. So we supplied it with ground and fired it up and our surprise......she's rumbling loudly!! AWESOME!!!

The question is now, to what pin does this black wire go to?

Your welcome.

The black wire goes from the TAC module to a ground splice (S102, Black arrow) then to a grounding point on the back of the block (G104, Grey arrow). The wire usually breaks near the splice. Here some diagrams to help out.
