I don't have one, but the pick-n-pull here has dozens of trucks in these model years, I would assume you could find one without trouble.

I went out and got it. Are you aware that the blank is not separate from the cargo lamp and airbag switch? The blank and the mounting frame for the two switches is all one pc. I took them apart and have attached pictures. Let me know if this is what you need and I will get shipping price. thanks

I can do $10 shipped in flat rate box for just the blank. If you need the switches add another $10. Pm me if thats ok & I will give you my paypal
