I don't have one, but the pick-n-pull here has dozens of trucks in these model years, I would assume you could find one without trouble.

I went out and got it. Are you aware that the blank is not separate from the cargo lamp and airbag switch? The blank and the mounting frame for the two switches is all one pc. I took them apart and have attached pictures. Let me know if this is what you need and I will get shipping price. thanks Richard
