My LMC ones fit like a glove. I was happy with them.

Re: Repair Panels
See I was originally going to go with LMC but I checked with their shipping and I thought it was a bit ridiculous. How long ago was it that you bought from them and was the shipping expensive if you don't mind me asking.

Re: Repair Panels
Chris sells good panels, to me there all about the same, if you are repairing rust damage your fitting panels, welding/gluing your parts. stuff is never perfect.

Re: Repair Panels
LMC has good stuff but your right, their handling fees are CRAZY! I ordered them awhile ago so I cant remember what I spent. I ordered a frame hardware kit the other day and the shipping and handling was more then the bolts =\

As far as lasting long it depends how you do the repair, you can weld panels in and fill/paint it, but if you don't treat the inside it will rot in a couple of years, I have been using epoxy to glue repair patches in, where I can't treat the reverse side. I have a flange/air tool to get a flush repair, using very little filler and then paint. Steve

Re: Repair Panels
You can prime and seal or use weld through primer.
some use seam sealer after prep

Re: Repair Panels
Make friends with a bodyman and see if he wants to do some work on the side, most will. if you never done body work, there are lots of tools that are needed for a good job including knowage.
