Let's see some pictures of 16 or 17" rims with 2/4 or 3/5 drops

I have 15 inch rims on my pickup but I'm not lovin' the look - could you guys post your 16 and 17 inch rim trucks with a little bit of a drop? Right now I have a 2/4 drop on my '67, but I am thinking real hard about selling the 15's with the tires and getting something slightly bigger. This is what my truck looks like now -

I'm thinking about a 2 1/2 x 4 drop for my truck, yours looks like about the same height as mine without a drop. Is there anyway you could measure from the ground to the bottom of the fender wells. Here's mine with 17" wheels.

Are you going to put the drop spindles with stock springs? That's what I was thinking as well, converting to discs at the same time. Is this the measurement you are talking about?

Measuring that does not measure the drop, since tire sizes influence that measurement, what you want to measure is the center of the wheel hub, straight up to center of the arch on the wheel well, this should allow you to compare the suspension height without the tire size affecting anything

3.5/5 ECE drop with 17's 255/50/17 front 275/55/17 rear tires.

Here's mine. 3 in drop spindles, stock springs with a 5 in. drop in the back. 17 in. wheels. Hope that helps. BTW, that black 67 with trim on it like that is sharp!

Both those are sweet trucks - I love the stance. Maybe I'm just doing a "grass is greener on the other side" thing but I really like the 3/5 drop with the 17 inch wheels, with a 50 or 60 series tire - anything smaller and I would probably keep the 15's. Thanks for posting.

I like the 3 x 5. The measurement I was talking about was from the ground to the fender above the tire.
