exhause questions
ok on my C35 needs new exhause as its rotted off.... FML
i scored headman long tube truck headers for $20 bucks but i want to make my own exhaust that dumps before the axle whats all needed? headers colector flanges (pipe side) 2 equal length pipe 2 hangers clamps 2 mufflers of my choice thats it?

You prolly could but it may look odd hanging below the frame. I'd get an "s" bend put in the first pipe to bring it up along the frame. Just my 0.2

oh side note i have seen guys put headers on with out header bolts are they a must?

and whats the best way to take out the maifold bolts? spray with PB blaster for a few days before and a warm motor? i really dont want to break any.

not sure the make but they make header bolts that lock/don't loosen up
i've done them hot....snapped off a couple only to use the OxyA to heat up the area around the head, cherry red after welding a nut on the end consider using brass nuts...... don't rust
