Thoughts on project drawing
What I have done with this drawing is a little photoshop work to see what proportions would look good in building a Avalanche style truck out of a suburban. The top one is the short bed version, the middle is the long bed version. Which do you think looks the best or any other suggestions welcomed.
The idea here is to crate the fourth door and have both back doors open suicide with a functional tailgate.

Re: Thoughts on project drawing
The middle one looks a bit more in proportion. Even though the Avalanche rear roof angles backwards, I think our style body would look better with it squared off or no slope.
Good idea.

Re: Thoughts on project drawing
Cool idea! Working tailgate would be a must. 3 or 4 doors would look good.

Re: Thoughts on project drawing
Middle has better proportions.I wouldn't cut a good 'burb for it though.

Re: Thoughts on project drawing
The first two will have people in the back seat leaning forward so they don't hit their heads on the rear window.

Re: Thoughts on project drawing
Might work with our style of truck...but, I personally believe the Avalanche was/is a disaster. Never have liked the looks of them. Got the feeling one of the guys was practicing with the torch and welder in the GM design area and someone thought it looked good! lol
