Easy Rear suspension with shockwaves? W/pics of stance i am after..

I am planning out my 54 build. Will probably use the factory frame at this point over the S10 option even though i already have an S15 donor here. I want to use ridetech shockwaves all the way around the truck. I think i have the front suspension nailed down but choosing the rear suspension is starting to cause me headaches. I am not wanting to lay the boards on the ground so i do not need to or want to put a huge c notch in the frame however a small one that leaves the top of the frame intact would be fine. I just dont know what rear suspension system to go with. I am wanting to fit a fairly wide tire/wheel combination under the truck so i would like to keep all the components within the width of or under the frame rails. I do not have a lot of fabrication experience on something like this so i am hoping you guys can give me some good options to check into. Just as an FYI i am looking for a stance like the truck pictured below, at least when the bags are aired out. Below that are a couple pics of my truck for reference.Thanks.

you should look into useing the trailing arm rear suspension from a 67-72 chevy/gmc. a few people have used it on this site. hopefully they will chime in. i don't think there is alot of fab work to install it. hopefully this helps.

This is a TCI 4 bar set up with air bags but you could use shockwaves instead..
