Smile What to do on a cold Sunday afternoon? ROADTRIP

Since today has been a boring Sunday afternoon and it is too cold outside to comfortably work on the truck (40*), I decided to take a short roadtrip to Fort Worth, Texas down US (highway) 377.

Originally, US 377 was built in the early 1930s between the county courthouse in Denton, Texas to the Tarrant county courthouse in Fort Worth, Texas. Later US 377 kept expanding further south until it reached the Texas border in Del Rio. US 377 goes north into Oklahoma.

My destination was the Tarrant county courthouse. Unfortunetly, I lost 377 somewhere at I35. I then decided to just head north on I35 back to Denton.

After checking all of the trucks vitals, my first stop was to top off the fuel tank. A little over 9 gallons was needed. $3.48 a gallon came to $31.55.

My next stop was to the old Denton County courthouse on the square.

Old Fine Arts movie theater on the square.
