C10 springs in a C20?

I"m a diesel mechanic, and one of my drivers owns a 1970 C20 longbed. I crawled underneath his truck to take pics for stuff I need on my 68 c10. While I was under the truck, I noticed his right front coil spring is broken. I have a set of c10 springs at the house. I don't have a part number or know whether they're big block or small block springs. What's the pros/cons of swapping in c10 springs into a c20. Top pic is front of spring, bottom is from back, by shock absorber.

Mic the the wire. If they are close use them it may turn out a bit lower.
