American racing wheels on my stepside

So I'm looking to get American racin wheels on my stepside. The ones I want to get are the torq wheels but I went online to their website and typed in my truck and they don't show those wheels to fit my truck? Will I have to switch from drum brakes to disc in the back to make this work? Has anyone installed these wheels on their stepside? Your info and help would be appreciated. I'm planning on getting these wheels and want to know what are the things I have to do to make this work. Thanks guys and gals. My truck is a 77 chevy stepside too by the way

There are quite a few variations of AR Torq wheels. Which ones are you looking at and what size?

American Racing does make Torq Thrusts to fit your truck. Also try www.newstalgiawheels.com and go to wheel visualizer. As long as you get a 5 on 5 bolt pattern, you are good.

There is no reason why they won't fit your truck.

Re: American racing wheels on my stepside

Some of the tt's won't fit, but it's the vintage straight spoke that youll have trouble with. They dont clear the disc brake calipers. All the others, especially the tt2's, order 'em in 5on 5 pattern and knock yourself out.
