what goes through the hole on the bracket thats inside the floor on the drivers side, where the inner fender bolts to, i can't find what im missing

What year and kind of pick up do you have? Assuming it's a 48 then if it's the hole that I think you are talking about there is a cross bar that the parking brake pedal pivots on.
