Upper Shock Mount

I'm working on lowering my '84 GMC C1500. I've got my lower control arms off so far. When I went to remove the upper shock bolt it just sheared right off...What now??

Get the stud out of the frame (it's threaded w/a nut on the inside of the frame rail). Most replacement shocks come w/new studs or they can be purchased through many local auto parts places.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.
