Digital Dash Going Crazy!!!

I just got finished putting a new sbc in my buddy's 62 about a month ago. I also put in an MSD 6AL ignition box at the same time. It's been doing good until this weekend. The digital dash has started going crazy!! Everything on the dash is flickering and jumbling up the numbers.

It only does it with the engine running. I can make the ignition box fire the coil with the motor off and it will mess up the dash. My first thought was that the box is going bad but there is also a buzzing noise coming from the distributor while it is running. Could a bad coil cause the dash to mess up?
