Spraying NOS doorpanels with black rattlecan is an option, but you could probably trade someone for good used ones + cash and spray the used ones with bed liner in a can. It works well and you'll come out money ahead.

this is true but i that these are plain and i dont have to worry about missing chrome or any stuff like that. i'm going to use vinyl spray for them didnt know if regular rattle can would do the job either way doubt anyone is looking for maroon door panels pretty ugly

That color is stock to the military trucks and Blazers and plenty of guys are restoring those trucks. But if you want to paint them, I've only used the SEM paint. It's $8 a can but works well. If you want some cheaper paint, I'd use Krylon Fusion. It's made for plastic and should work great. Don't do matte black, it's harder to clean than satin or gloss.

Re: door panels gloss os satin
yea i prob gonna go with SEM instead of the cheap stuff . i believe its the landou black which is if i read correct there semi gloss color. i plan on taking the top off my full convertable k5 so if its gonna be in the sun i better get the good stuff. thanx guys. BTW being that these are brand new door panels should i just hit it with some alcohol and spray? dont seem like its necesarry to go threw the whole scrubbing them down routine.

Yeah that's part of the reason I want to use sem is the others only have flat or gloss black
