Re: rear air bag set up
Call Early Classic Enterprises in Fresno. You will thank me.
Would you like to lower your Classic and still be able to haul heavy loads or pull a large trailer? We’ve designed our Rear Air Ride Suspension Kit to allow the best of both worlds: Heavy hauling and a low rear stance without compromise. This kit is a direct replacement of your rear coil springs and can be inflated manually or with the optional on-board compressor system. Included in the system are the required Super Track Bar Kit, Shock Mount Relocator Kit and Two KYB nitrogen gas shocks. Rear Air Ride Kits (#902-6572AIR Kit includes Super Track Bar Kit, Shock Mount Relocator Kit and 2 Rear KYB Shocks. Does not include #902-5095AIR Rear Compressor Kit). (#902-5095AIR Rear Air Suspension Compressor Kit includes Tank, Gauge and Switch.) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |

Re: rear air bag set up
How low are you planning to go? Are you going to notch the frame? Small c-notch or large step notch? If no or small notch you can simply put the bags where the springs are and drill extra holes for the airline then install shock relocators and a longer panhard bar...

What size tires and how much drop do you have on your ride? I like the stance, and good looking truck I have a set of the aluminum slot wheels on my suburban also.

Re: rear air bag set up
Your truck sits good now. Those slots. They look like the set of ET polished slots I had on my first truck in the early 70s. Sure wish I still had them. I see you have shortened the truck. Good move.
