Trucks at the Zillah Wa Spring Fling car show
My canine side kick and I jacked the wife's van and bopped over to check out the 2012 Version of the Zillah, Washington Spring Fling car show that is held on main street in Zillah Washington in the Yakima Valley (exit 52 on I 82) every April.
Here are some of the trucks in attendance. Starting with a GMC 1 ton with Alaska plates. Carpeted bed in the tan truck It looks good from every angle. My high school buddy's 427 Corvette that he has had since he was in his 20's. Not a truck but this my friends is genuine patina. No rust or crud but gently worn but still shiny original paint that is more than thin in a couple of places. The real deal. You will have to check the album for the car with this emblem. One of the nicest cars in the show by far. AD truck with some serious customizing done to it. This truck has been on the road over ten years and still is one of the best looking AD trucks in Central Washington. It gets driven several times a week and if there is a car show in the area you usually see it there. Fi engine and as far as I know it has a stock Ford Mustang II crossmember under it but I could be wrong on that. |

Here is the link to the rest of the album. There were very few trucks there. There were a number of nice super cars and some other interesting cars. http://s173.photobucket.com/albums/w...4%2028%202012/ |

Re: Trucks at the Zillah Wa Spring Fling car show
The overall quality of the vehicles in the show was very high. Only one or two "rat" rods and I don't take photos of those anyhow and the survivor cars that were there such as the brown Merc, Falcon Ranchero and my friends mid 60's Dodge Polara were nice cars.
This is an "open" show that anyone with the entry fee in his hand can enter with very few if any restrictions too. |

It was almost like you were looking at different trucks front and back as the front didn't have any modifications that were obvious. |
