Question? which port on the back of the heat/a/c control assy. does the vacuum line (from canister) connect to. There are three to pick from. My chassis assy. manual does not explain clear enough. Thanks...

My assembly manual only shows two vacuum lines. As you look at the control with the vacuum ports pointing at you, the vacuum source hooks to the left side.
We have two 72's with factory air and they only have two ports. I am not sure what you are working on. Jim |

Thanks Jim. the assy. I have is the one that came on the 68. The left one has a plug on it.(hose with screw). I will try it. Thanks again

One nozzle should have a one-way valve in it that let's you suck air, but not blow air in. That one goes to the engine vacuum.
