Got the 86 dropped a little lower!
heres how i bought it a couple weeks ago with a 2/3 drop:
and here it is with a rear flip kit and 1 inch drop shackles. the front i used the springs already there, just almost a half coil and added 2.5 drop spindles. its around a 5.5/7 drop. i have about 3.5 to 4 between the axle and frame. my buddy who weights 250 lbs could get it to hit by jumping up and down on the bumper pretty good but helper bags are going on soon. now i just need to get the hand controls installed and i'll be set! |

Re: Got the 86 dropped a little lower!
thanks guys! the wheel/tire size is 235/70/15. i thought about ralleys but these are growing on me! i was kinda wishing the front was about 1/2 to an inch lower but since a bbc 454 is going in next year with a 4l80e, it will come down a little more. i bought a complete 95 2500 running and driving from a family member forr 800. the drive train is the only thing good left in it. was a farm truck and the body is beat!
