Missing rear cross member?
Hi guys
im finally trying to get my 63 c10 on the road, its going away soon to have the engine fitted but im trying to tie up all the lose ends before it leaves its dropped on lowered springs on the back and it came with a shock relocating kit, im trying to figure out where it goes and it seems like the rear cross member is missing, Any of you guys shed any light? |

Yeah, there is supposed to be a crossmember right where the springs bolt to the frame. You really need to have some sort of crossmember there.

contact porterbuilt for a crossmember. Its not expensive and do you have the panhard bracket? If not you can get one of those as well. Good luck!

HI guys, im in the uk so getting a cross member is gonna be a pain in the arse, think im going to have to fab one up.

Stock crossmember with relocation kit.
Different truck but same setup, looking from above.
