Brake switch location under dash? 79 silverado

Just wondering where the brakek light switch is located under my dash. Theres seems to be 2 connectors that kind of look like they have something to do with it..

I bought an EZ wiring kit and all it says is brake light on the wire. so i'm lost because on the connector there seems to be 2 wires.....

Please help I need this done by the end of tomorrow.

Thank you everyone.

It should be down the passenger side of your column. It looks like a threaded end pushed through a hole in a bracket where your brake 'arm' pushed against the round switch in the end of it.

Its the third pic in post #16 on my old thread here:

Thanks! But there are two wires. I have one wire in my kit that says brake lights. Is that switch have a power wire and then the brake light wire at the other one?

Brake lights have a constant hot lead to the switch. If one isnt supplied in your kit Im sure you could run one from the fuse panel.
