72 Front Crossmember
Are the crossmembers off of 72 3/4 8 lug truck the same as 72 1/2 ton? I know the rotors are differnent but are the calipers, spindles and a-arms different?

I know the sponsors and lower ball joints are different

As far as I know "CROSS MEMBER" they are the same. You may find small differences, like a extra or heavier mount where the lower A arm connects, that is the only thing I found different and i put a 1967 1/2 ton "CROSS MEMBER" under my 1969 C-20, and so far so good (im not done yet)
There may have been different changes with newer yrs. my 2 cents |
