Which brand of 4" lift front springs?
I have a 72 Jimmy with a 6" lift in the front, not sure of brand. I have an ORD Shackle flip in the back with their 1" Zero rate block. I am going to put 4" lift springs in the front and was wondering which ones to buy. Rough Country are by far the cheapest but I know they are pretty rough riding. Skyjacker and BDS are the other ones I see and they have more leafs in them compared to the RC leafs. I want the best ride possible, Any opinions? Thanks

Deaver springs are very nice and have a very good ride. Also check out the Superlift or Skyjacker "Soft Ride" springs. I can't remember which makes them, but they ride sooo much better than their regular lift springs. I swapped in a set on my Blazer and the difference is amazing.

Glad to hear that since I ordered 4" Soft Ride Skyjacker springs a couple of days ago. Thanks

Deavers are pretty nice. The difference is huge. If you wanted them set up for a smooth ride they make each leaf really thin. Then they pack quite a bit of leafs per leaf spring pack. Result is amazing.
