Suicide doors?

I'm sure there's a thread here just can't seem to find one but I have 2 questions #1 how hard would it be to do on these trucks with mono hinges and #2 if there is a thread on this here with how the bracing is done or another OEM hinge that would work all help and info would help thanks

Not specific to these trucks, but Jeep Wagoneer hinges are popular because of the way they pocket and mount.

thanks i had heard that and like a 67 threw 73 or 74 ford f100 but didnt know dont wanna scew up a good cab from heaesay ya know. Is there a spacific year jeep?

I tried this with the Jeep hinges, it didnt work out so well for me due to the many curves on the door. i needed the door to open wider but because of all the contours I couldnt get it to open a full 90 degrees.

Tazattitude has a mono hinge setup on his.

FYI use Full Size Cherokee hinges if you are going to attempt this, not Wagoneer. The fullsize cherokee hinges open a full 90 degrees where the wagoneer's do not due to being 4 door. Cherokee's are 2 door.
