lowering the front

hi guys i have a 1968 chev truck and it has 2.5 drop spindles bell tech and drop springs but the lower control arm is making contact with the rim when turning corners wondering what can i do to make this not happen change to different control arms and can i cut one coil of the spring to lower the front a little more

what is the drop on the springs? i would say no since you already have dropped spindles (i also believe belltech are 3" drop as opposed to 2.5" drop...an expert will chime in on this one). you can also trim (grind) your lower control arm contact points to correct your rubbing issues

275/60/r15 im guessing an 8 inch rim what do you have for drop spindles and drop springs on your truck leddzepp
