what would you choose?
Moving and have to make a decision which one to sell.I know it may be biased on this forum but what would you do? Hate being in this position.

I'd have to keep the Elky.

Re: what would you choose?
nutty, but I agree, the elcamino is rare, I would think much rarer than our trucks, you could easily pick up (no pun intended) another 60-66 down the road

Re: what would you choose?
Expedition, I'd agree but the wife would have something to say about that. She likes her a/c vs a hot old truck. Everything I ever drive other than my company car has been 1970 or older. I'm very surprised so far being on this site. I do agree the Elky is rarer but the c10 needs a little less work. I would take some of the funds to go into the Elky if that was my decision. What is terrible I originally bought the Elky all torn apart and put it together to where it is now. I saw the c10 and said I gotta have it. Now that I'm moving and have to let one go I'm going back and forth. I appreciate the honesty.

Re: what would you choose?
I had the same type of dilemma when I was buying my truck, choosing between a C10 and an El Camino. I picked the truck because I thought it would be easier to work on and the fact that replacing body panels is way easier with the truck. I would definitely take into consideration that the truck needs a little less work. I like that style Elky (I was looking for a 65). It’s a tough call but I’d be leaning toward keeping the C10 .

Re: what would you choose?
I'd sell the one I could get the most money on! Or I'd keep the one that needed the less work.

Re: what would you choose?
Sell the expedition, use the funds to put AC (amongst other things) in both the truck and the elky.

Re: what would you choose?
sell the elky, you can get more $$ for it than the truck, which you can then put into the truck...
of course I am biased I like these trucks way better than 64-67 el's...

Re: what would you choose?
I would have to ask a forum just like you did. I like the truck a lot, but I had a 64 Chevelle in high school so that El Camino is attractive too.

Re: what would you choose?
West coast. You all are hilarious. I like the idea with selling the expedition and putting in a/c. they probably get about the same gas mileage. If I want the elky telling my wife its a chick magnetic is not a selling point to keep it.

Re: what would you choose?
Selling is always a tough decision.
witch one will be worth more down the road , witch one would be easier to sell now , honestly if you are moving to the west coast you will be able to get another truck , lot more of ones in good shape out there.

Re: what would you choose?
I would sell the Elky, I have yet to meet a girl that likes El Camino's, and the truck looks way more *****in.

Re: what would you choose?
Simple. Sell the El Camino. That truck has far more cool factor, it is the nicer of the two by far.
