71K20chevy Registered User Join Date: Jul 2012 Location: Ft Wayne Indiana Posts: 1,205	Fuel gauge acting up It'll show full for a while, then it will suddenly drop to 3/4 tank. I'm not sure if it's the sending unit or the gauge. When I take off the sending unit wire the gauge goes to full, when I ground the wire it goes to empty.
