1972 Chevy C10 1:25 Model KitAMT ERTL NOS

This is a new and unused Chevy Truck Model Kit. It comes with the original glue and paint... although I am not sure if the glue and paint is still good. Everything are in their original plastic bags. I bought this model years ago and since I have a 1970 C10 this needs to find a new home. This would make the perfect addition to your truck family. I have seen these type models go for almost $100 on ebay (not necessarily this model but some models in general). My new price is $20 and I will pay for the ride.

Update...although I bought this model a number of years ago I have been informed its not that old (5-7 yrs old) so I have readjusted my price.

This is the truck that I am keeping

That Rides model is only a few years old. It's one of the most recent,if not the recent issue (2007). I've never seen this one go anywhere near $100. That '70 kit, yes. And,that is an original. Even though that Rides one is pretty new,it is still the same moldings as original.

Ok Thanks. special-K....
I thought this was much older but I wasn't sure. My ref. to $100 was not to this particular model but some models in general.

I'll readjust the price.

Re: 1972 Chevy C10 1:25 Model KitAMT ERTL NOS

I was hoping my comments wouldn't be taken hard. Just offering what I know from experiences with my serious collecting disease. That's the kit I buy to build. The originals and early issues...no way! Just too precious. Even the 20 year old kits only fetch around $40-ish. $20 is very reasonable...as seen in the two prior post

Not on my case. I am cleaning out my extra stash and in my old age in many cases I don't remember when I bought some of my stuff. I looked for a date on the box but wasn't able to find one. When I sell my items I am like many others on these forums...I try and sell for a fair price and try to be as honest as possible about the items I sell. I had a couple Corvette and Corvair models and they both fetched over $100 about a year ago. So with that said I appreciate to information.

You decide to sell the Baja one, let me know. I want to be first in line for it. I like the other one too. Might be interested in both if you ever sell them.

The top model is sold...

For now I am holding onto the BAJA Special but...if I sell it it will be listed for more than $20

Re: 1972 Chevy C10 1:25 Model KitAMT ERTL NOS

yeah, I seen the 72 one listed on ebay for $40. I am sure the Baja is a rare piece. Guess I will look around for one. Someone needs to fab up some grills and body kits based on that and sell them. I would be down for a grill for sure.
