Synthetic Blend Oil
Whats your thought of Synthetic Blend Oil? I've been running the Quaker State High Mileage Defy Synthetic Blend Oil, along with a Carquest(Blue filter, made by Wix) Oil Filter and have had good luck with the stuff.

Re: Synthetic Blend Oil
I run Mobil1 synthetic with Napa Gold filters (Wix) in all my vehicles but I am thinking about switching to either Amsoil or Lucas.

Re: Synthetic Blend Oil
I run Amsoil 10w40 with zinc in my tbi 454. Like Insidious said, keeps the flat tappet cam well lubed.
