Whats the Deal Part Deuce
Second question here. My 84 was originally equiped with at three on the tree and I have converted it to a TH350 on the floor. How do I get my back-up lights to engage? I cant pass inspection...LOL

Don't know for sure but the original switch is probably on the steering column fairly close to the floor. Most floor shifters come with provisions for a backup light switch. If not find the original wires under the dash and hook up a toggle switch to them, you'll have to remember to turn them on and off but you'll have backup lights.

I agree. You need to find the wire setup on the floor shifter you have then wire in the wires at the base of the column made for the neutral safety switch as well as the reverse light switch.

Thanks for the info guys, I actually was ablet to get my ride inspected this past week...finally. Feels good to cruise it and not worry about getting pulled over for expired inspection. Time to hunt some blue ovals to burn.
