WTB- Jack and or handle for a 72 truck

I am looking for a original jack, handle or tire iron not sure what you would call it. I know they made bags for the handles would like to have one too. It doesn't have to be super nice but needs to work. Thanks!

I have one minus the lugnut wrench. The box is tough with the handle.

I can not get to it until this weekend.

My 69 3/4 ton came with that piece. I remember seeing in the Assembly Manual that it was incuded with the C/20s and C/30s. I always used it to pop the hubcaps.
