Replacing front and rear tie rod?'s

The tie rods that connect to the pitman arm, and the rear one. How hard is it to replace these? Will it mess the alignment up? How do they seperate from the adjusting sleeve?

Yeah you will need a alignment when your done,You use a pickle fork to pop the tie rod ball joint end off the adjusting sleeve you unscrew the tie rod end but keep count how many turns and put the new one back about the same number of turns.
