Need help with heater vacuum lines

Hi, I've ripped out the heater box with the heater core and noticed there were some vacuum lines not hooked up and one looks cut. I've searched for a diagram without any luck. I also noticed that the vacuum manifold up by the selecter switch is missing one or two lines being plugged into the back of it. The PO ripped out the passengers side kick panel and taped over the hole, so I figure one of the lines must have went to it.

I notice that each small line has a color code on it, does anyone have a diagram showing what line location on the selecter goes to what vacuum actuator on the heater box?

I'm currently in the process of removing and replacing ALL of my heater and A/C components.

While I don't have a vacuum diagram, I can tell you that the passenger-side kick panel had a black vacuum line with a red stripe, and that vacuum line had a "T" in it that routed to two places, and I'm 95% certain it controled the fresh air vs recirculation air.

The "T" occurred right behind the glove box, one side went to the passenger-side kick panel to control a door, the other side went upwards and through the firewall right below the passenger-side windshield wiper and connected to another diaphram and flap under the front cowl.

I've actually got two assemblies, one installed on the truck and another sitting on my garage floor with all vacuum lines intact, anything you want pictures of?

It would really help to know the order of the lines and what they go to from that group of lines where they plug into the heater control.

If you could start at the top plastic stud on top then go clockwise (looking at it from the rear) pos 1 is black/red and goes to ??????

Does that make sense?

I also need pics of the plug that goes into the temperature control
air conditioner control i need a pic of the plug and the vacuum line, been looking online and nothing

There are two different types of plugs. I have the earlier style, and it's currently sitting on my garage floor waiting to be cleaned and installed.

I was trying to take some pictures to share, but my first set were out of focus, and then my camera batteries died and I've lost the charger. It's going to take me a day or two to fix.

But if your vacuum plug looks like this, I can help. If it's the later style, I might be only mildly helpful.

The plug that I posted is the one that plugs on your ports. The other (the electrical connection) side is the blower speed switch.

I just found my camera charger (my wife moved it), so I'll try to get some good pictures in the next couple days of the plug, the whole unit and where the lines go and what they control. My squarebody isn't my daily driver, it's a project so my dash is completely apart, pictures are easy.

i converted my non A/C truck over a few months back and today I find a loose vacuum line. can some one tell me where the black with a blue stripe vacuum hose connects too please.

Anybody got a pic of how vacuum parts hooks to the a/c control switch in dash?
This is my 1st experience w a/c and somebody else did disassembly (thinking they helped) and now I'm trying to figure out how to put this puzzle back together.
