Are you sure it wasn't an Air Force truck? The reason I ask is the Form 139 inpsection call out seems to be for airfield purposes. I had an Air Force truck that had a smilar call out on the SPID...

My bet would be it's a postal truck. The "look before backing" decal is on all postal trucks, but has recently been changed to "avoid backing up whenever possible".

Might be both postal and military.Someone has to deliver mail to the Air Force.Looks loaded up but when you look at the options most are service type stuff.Just basic truck otherwise.

If the Form 139 inspection is indeed an airfield item, my guess is the truck was used at an airport, pulling trailers for hauling airmail from airplanes to the distribution center. They still have dedicated vans for this.
