700r4 swap bracket question

I am in the process of putting a 700r4 in my 77. What kind of tv bracket have y'all used? I am running a Holley carb. Also, has anyone used a geometry correction bracket?

I actually just went through this same problem. I used a bracket out of jegs and had to buy a extra 700r4 adapter kit. It ran around $20 or so. I had to modify mine to fit on my cable. Bad thing was when I stepped on the gas the cable bracket moved. Kind of a poor design. It bolts on through 1 carb bolt. I'm in the process of welding up a small bracket now to bolt on it to keep it from moving.

forgot to say I did use a geometry correction bracket, and to be honest it looks worse off than it did. But it took it to a tranny shop and he swears I need it.

page 13 about half way down, titled tv cable mounting bracket. I asked the same question a few weeks ago. I'm computer illiterate so.i don't know how to post links. Maybe that will help. A few guys posted pics of the same bracket and some of there set ups
