Re: Thinking about purchasing an all new cab
If you found a NOS P/N 6272121 it is likely worth a lot more than your truck!
But if your "new cab" intention is in fact a better used cab your local market is going to pretty much set the price. Shipping as was stated is very expensive. Sometimes a deal can be found on a parts truck that may offset the cost by selling parts. Typically these are title issue vehicles.

Interesting that you had to cut the A/C holes on a new cab

Re: Thinking about purchasing an all new cab
Aren't new cabs sold by Brothers or someone else? I think maybe by Dynacorn? I thought I heard that, but just checked Brothers' site and only saw Advance Design, still.

Re: Thinking about purchasing an all new cab
I think when the available supply of useable 67-72 cabs dries up they will probably start offering the new ones what with the extreme popularity of them and all.

Re: Thinking about purchasing an all new cab
Semi-decent used cabs are usually 4 or 5 hundred around here.
