Black Friday sale?

So Brother's is having a Black Friday sale and when you call to ask a question about a product the answereing machine comes on and the say they are CLOSED!

What's the point of a weekend sale if nobody is around to give details on the product?

I hope they will honor the weekend pricing on Monday since I couldn't find out what I wanted to know during the sale.

Re: Black Friday sale?

Well, what a way to have a sale.

The email I received didn't say anything, at least that I saw, about being an "online only" sale.

They were closed the entire weekend while the sale was taking place and they won't honor the pricing they posted for that weekend.

I had sent them 3 emails asking about details, none of which were answered.

I'm disappointed.

X2. I just got a bumper from them ( only because it was on sale ) I always ask them if it's in stock, because they won't normally tell you.

I ordered three small things and got the email yep... backorderd.
I wander how long I'm gonna wait before canceling the order

Re: Black Friday sale?

I stewed about this for a week and decided it wasn't right that they were closed over their Black Friday sale event and there was no way to ask a question.

I sentan email, explained that nowhere did the email ad say it was a web only sale and would they honor the "sale price".

To my surprise I received a reply saying to make a list and they would honor the sale ad prices.

So my opinion has changed, a little.

Re: Black Friday sale?

I emailed John (John@Brothers) here on the board on that Sunday to complain about the same thing. He also told me that they would honor the sales prices from over the weekend. If you ever have an issue with Brothers, I strongly recommend emailing John here on the board directly. He responds in a very timely manner. I live 10 mins from Brothers, so I picked up their rear sway bar on sale for $89. That beats out even Summit Racings price by $40.
