Nice 68 SWB for sale, but notice anything strange?
I came across this ad on C- List. It looks like a very nice truck. I have to wonder why they didnt put the right hood on it. Not a big fan of the custom door panels, seat cover or steering wheel.
No asking price either. I usually assume (correctly) that the seller is embarassed to put the exorbitant price he thinks it is worth. http://austin.craigslist.org/cto/3386247868.html |

Looks different with that hood on there .. I have seen them the other way around too.
( also noticed the 67 bed, at least this side )

Looks like a 69-72 front clip with a 67-8 grilles and trim moulded in.

His add calls it a 67 but it must be a 67.72 due to the side marker lights on the front clip and the 69 and latter hood. Seems like a lot of work to go through when the correct parts are easy to find. Maybe he combined his favorite features from the various years to make it unique???
