Question Whipple supercharger ?

Anybody running the side mount whipple super charger on 99 6.0 ? Pros/cons are they to much trouble etc.

Thanks in advance for any input.

There aren't many force fed trucks on here, and those that do in the LS section usually use the procharger or vortech style kits, and a few with the top mount style blowers.
I can't think of one with a side mount whipple, but if there is I'd be interested to see the setup.

Hey Assassin,
i noticed you used a supercharger for an 07-up 5.3. I also have a 2001 5.3 but I have a local deal for an 07-up magna-charger with innercooler and 'everything' needed to install. I can get it used from my hookup for $1000 flat.
Anybody think that's a good deal?
Is it a hard modification getting the newer setup to fit?

That is the older Radix supercharger, not the TVS series, but still a steal @ $1000 IMO.
