Restored my '69 door panels
Cleaned and shined the vinyl
Purchased chrome upper trim pieces off a '68 that were in pristine condition. My old ones were pitted and rusted. Cost for both: $9. These things cost $140 for a pair new! Purchased two door handles off a '71. Mine were pitted. Total cost for both: $6 Used some chrome shiner on the window cranks, since they were already in decent enough shape Of course, the $6 tool for removing the inner clips from the handles and cranks came in very handy Posted via Mobile Device |
