Re: WTB: Cab and Doors
I am a few weeks away from being ready to let a solid BBW cab go - I am acquiring a BBW cab on a parts truck and my intention is to compare its solidity to that of my existing unrestored BBW solid cab and see which one is closer to perfect. Whichever one I decide is best will be kept and the other parted with. I wish I could say for sure when I am going to be able to go get the other one, but I cannot say right yet. If you find one closer than Alabama before then, that is fine

Re: WTB: Cab and Doors
I would definately be interested in seeing pics of said cab. I love road trips so Alabama is definately an option. Any idea on pricing? Cab with doors and title?

Re: WTB: Cab and Doors
I have what you are looking for down here in Southern pines, 28387, since i am not that far away you might want to come down and take a look. BBW cab with title redone inside with nice carpet and seat plus i have the door stored in a burb next to it, along with 12 other doors! be a little work to get the doors and the cab is sitting on top of a frame but this stuff isn't stored at my shop so they are on grass.would need a couple of people to lift off of frame.........price, didn't really think about price or selling but need to get rid of some stuff.........let me know and I can give you my #. I have a few doctors appointments coming up on my days off so pix at this time would be a real pain.
I bought it as a lwb truck out of Oklahoma 8 years ago and it was stored inside up until last Sept when I was going thru stuff in my shop. No rust........ Thanks, Steve |

Re: WTB: Cab and Doors
I also have the cab sitting on a swb frame with a 6 lug disc conversion and a fleetside bed mounted on the frame plus perfect hood fenders and everything need sheet metal wise to do a nice truck. Some the sheet metal is at my shop or in other burbs stored plus.......give me a number and lets talk.ll that would be need to be done to deliver is load it on a trailer take it to my shop to pull the bbw 57 cab out of the bed and take it north.
Thanks, Steve |

Re: WTB: Cab and Doors
I've got a 66 BBW cab ($500) and one door. I bought a project that was basically an entire truck minus the frame and running gear. I intended to build a 66 BBW 4x4. I also have a 62 SWB 4x4 frame for it.

Re: WTB: Cab and Doors
In response to all the pm's that have been semnt to me. Cheyenne and i are discussing a few things. If it turns out we don't come to an agreement and i decide to sell some of the things I have I will post them clearly of what is for sale.
PLEASE no more do you have................I will be selling a lot of stuff but what is easiest to sell will be posted first then as i can get to other stuff then. I don't have the time or energy to dig out stuff and keep rearranging stuff. it is all paid for and I don't have to feed it! Thanks, Steve |

Re: WTB: Cab and Doors
week ends are a little tough, my usual days off are Thursdays and Fridays. I can switch a day off but need 2 weeks notice which the first weekend in Feb would be I think. Could take the first and second off, plus will need to get keys to my offsite storage. They chamnged the lock when some tenants left and i never bothered to get a copy of the new key, otherwise no problem.
thanks, Steve |

Re: WTB: Cab and Doors
Maybe a Friday sometime in the next few weeks then. I am also interested in the 67-72 cabs and beds you told me about. Might have to bring a trailer down with me!
