Patch panel issues
Quick question guys, i have done alot of rust repair on these trucks and have had the same issue every time. The lower B pillar patch has always been about 1/4-1/2 inch too narrow. When fit against the inner rocker panel the patch doesnt even come close to fitting properly to the cab corner. Each time I have had to cut the panel in half top to bottom and add 1/4 inch of material to it to make it fit. Is there maybe a chance the blazer and c10 door pillar patches are different and Im getting wrong parts or what. For once I would love to have door pillar patches that fit. Help please.

Re: Patch panel issues
Bumping it up, who has used B pillar patches that fit? At lease closely.

Re: Patch panel issues
I had the same issue. I went to my local supplier for tri-plus parts and they did not have the b pillar so I ordered one from LMC, mistake! Wasted $30 there. it was too narrow and barely contacted the edge of the cab corner. Also it does not have the curve at the cab corner. Looks like maybe the formed it on a pressbrake and just formed the bend line from point a to point b. In the end I just rebuilt mine. Here are a few pics.
Have you checked with Tabco? I hear they have some great repair panels and they are USA made not Taiwanese junk tin.
